This website and its terms and conditions have been designed to use within the United Kingdom and under UK Law.
By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them do not use this website. The outofthebluenet.com website is provided solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

A contract between the customer and Out of the Blue (home) Limited for the sale of products wil only exist once the order is accepted, processed and despatched. At the point of despatch the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods and delivery charge.
Prices and availablilty of goods are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
In accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 200 (SI 2000 No. 2334) customers have the right to cancel orders up to seven days after receipt of the purchase.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are also agreeing to our returns policy, so it is important that you read it, as it has important information regarding returning items and the correct procedure to follow, to ensure a smooth process.
Acceptance of your order
The display if any item on our website is not an offer to sell and outofthebluenet.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to place an order with us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered, unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
If items are out of stock, subject to delay or to a change of price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you supply when placing the order. If we are unable to contact you, or do not receive a reply we will continue to process the remainer of your order. We will not substitute items without your express permission.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order to the place and person you specify in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Most orders will be despatched within three working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification, and availability of goods ordered. We will contact you if there is a delay, or goods are out of stock.
The default delivery charges are £5.95 including insurance and via Royal Mail Special Delivery and £12.00 for most overseas destinations. A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure that someone is available to sign at the delivery address. Heavy items which are too heavy to send Special delivery or Airsure will be sent by Royal Mail Parcelforce, and will therefore cost more. We will email you with the additional cost before processing your order.
Delivery time is not the essence of this contract, and the delivery dates are given without acceptance of any liability.
